The Role

We're after someone who's been hands-on in growing a tech product from the ground up.

You’ll:

• Craft and execute data-driven growth strategies
• Own and optimize paid, owned, earned, and social channels
• Drive performance marketing (Google Ads, email, SEO, etc.)
• Analyze results and iterate quickly
• Collaborate across time zones with our global team
• Build and lead a nimble team or bring in freelancers as needed

About You

You have:

• 5+ years of consumer marketing experience in tech or ecommerce
• Proven success scaling paid acquisition (especially Google Ads & email)
• A performance mindset – you track, test, learn, and optimize
• A love of thoughtful gifting and the joy it creates
• A bias for action, ownership, and making things happen
• Lived in the U.S. for 5+ years
