We’re currently looking for a talented WordPress Web Designer to join our team either full-time or on a 40-hour/week contract. You’ll be at the forefront of creating beautiful, conversion-optimized websites that deliver results.What You’ll Do

• Design and develop visually compelling, high-converting websites and landing pages on WordPress.
• Build and customize layouts using themes, page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery), and block editors.
• Apply strong design principles — layout, spacing, color theory, visual hierarchy, and typography — to every build.
• Implement responsive, accessible designs that work seamlessly across all screen sizes.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and development teams to ensure strategic alignment and performance.
• Regularly refine and improve site UI/UX based on performance and feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing and building WordPress websites.
• Working knowledge of CSS is a must to properly implement and fine-tune designs.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and how design impacts user behavior and conversions.
• Experience designing landing pages and lead funnels with an emphasis on results.
• Proficiency in WordPress themes, plugins, builders, and content structuring.
• Excellent visual design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with front-end design on Shopify, BigCommerce, or Magento.
• Familiarity with Figma or comparable design tools like Adobe XD or Sketch.
• Experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce design.
• Exposure to A/B testing or conversion rate optimization tools.
• SEO awareness from a front-end/design perspective.
• Based in Montreal is a Plus
