About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Digital Designer to lead and elevate the creative execution across our portfolio of e-commerce and lifestyle clients. If you're a strategic, brand-minded designer who thrives on collaboration, takes client feedback in stride, and brings fresh, thoughtful ideas to the table, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Execution: Design high-converting digital marketing assets across multiple channels, including paid social ads, marketing emails, landing pages, and website visuals.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative accurately reflects each client’s brand, while adapting designs thoughtfully across channels, audiences, and campaign goals.
Performance-Oriented Design: Collaborate with paid media operations and account managers to design creative assets optimized for engagement, conversion, and platform best practices.
AI-Driven Design Support: Use AI-powered creative tools to support asset creation, image editing, concept development, and workflow efficiency while maintaining strong design quality and brand consistency.
Client Partnership & Presentation: Confidently engage with clients, interpret feedback, present creative ideas clearly, and collaborate throughout the design process to ensure work aligns with brand goals and expectations.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, media buyers, copywriters, and developers to ensure creative aligns with campaign strategy and client goals.
Creative Innovation: Stay ahead of design and digital marketing trends, bringing new ideas, formats, and creative approaches that improve performance and elevate client brands.
Quality Control: Ensure all creative assets align with client direction, adhere to brand guidelines and platform specifications, meet agency quality standards, and are delivered on time.
Qualifications:
7+ years of design experience, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
Experience designing in fast-paced agency environments while managing multiple clients and deadlines.
Strong portfolio demonstrating work across paid social, email marketing, landing pages, and website creative.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Deep understanding of performance marketing creative, including best practices for Meta, Google Display, and email marketing platforms.
Experience working in the Klaviyo email marketing platform is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts.
Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven design.
Excellent communication skills and comfort working with clients and cross-functional teams.
