Core Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design processes while balancing user needs with business goals
Partner with product, engineering, design, and research teams to deliver cohesive experiences
Create and own design deliverables from concept to implementation (user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs)
Work closely with engineering during implementation to maintain design quality and resolve edge cases

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of product design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills and systematic problem-solving
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently

Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $130,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $150,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
