The Staff Product Manager for AI Products will serve as a key technical and product leader, defining the product roadmap for our application platforms and establishing the standards for user experience and feature delivery. This position requires 7-10 years of experience, working autonomously to define user problems and architect solutions that deliver organization-level impact. You will provide product leadership across multiple technical and business teams. How You'll Contribute:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI product suite, aligning development priorities with business goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for organization-wide AI initiatives, from user research and requirements definition to launch and iteration.
- Establish standards for product development, including user journey mapping, feature validation, and success metric definition, ensuring solutions are both valuable and usable.
- Build relationships with engineering, data science, and business leaders to identify high-impact product opportunities and deliver solutions that drive ROI.
- Mentor junior product and design talent, helping to develop the next generation of product leadership within the organization.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in machine learning or related field
- Demonstrated experience defining technical strategy and driving organization-wide initiatives
- Proven track record of leading complex, high-impact projects with broad organizational scope
- Experience mentoring and developing senior engineers and technical leaders
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in insurance or financial services with deep understanding of industry challenges
- Recognized expertise through conference presentations, publications, or industry speaking engagements
- Experience with enterprise-scale systems and complex technical environments

Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $165,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
