Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant (Email Marketing) to support our email team with day-to-day operations, creative execution, and performance monitoring. You’ll help craft compelling emails, build campaigns, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes — from scheduling and editing to reporting and list management.

You will work directly with our creative and marketing leads to ensure our emails are beautifully designed, on-brand, and performance-driven. This is a full-time remote contractor position based in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and building email campaigns inside Klaviyo
  • Support in copywriting and editing email content aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives
  • Schedule and QA email campaigns, ensuring deliverability and formatting across devices
  • Schedule campaigns in Klaviyo and analyze best send times based on performance data
  • Upload email flows and SMS automations, ensuring proper segmentation and trigger management for user journeys
  • Perform basic graphic design tasks (using templates and brand assets)
  • Help with segmenting email audiences and managing subscriber lists
  • Track and report campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions) with clarity and attention to detail
  • Collaborate closely with creative, growth, and content teams to meet campaign timelines
  • Maintain organized systems for email asset storage, campaign calendars, and reports

What We’re Looking For

  • Located in Colombia and able to work full-time remotely
  • 100% bilingual in English and Spanish — superior English proficiency is non-negotiable
  • 2-5 years experience in email marketing, preferably for eCommerce brands
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo is highly appreciated
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, open rates, A/B testing, etc.)
  • Ability to write and edit copy in fluent, native-level English
  • Comfortable with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe suite
  • Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Portfolio or samples of email work (copy/design) are required for consideration

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with email compliance and best practices
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email formatting
  • Experience with Email/SMS marketing or customer journeys
  • Previous work with B2C and storytelling brands
