Our expanding multi-platform XR learning system spans VR, Web, and Mobile AR, designed to empower frontline professionals with critical skills to operate complex robotics-based medical devices.
This role is mission-critical, focusing on UX that ensures safety, precision, and confidence.
(This will be a project based contract role)
Responsibilities
Lead design of wireframes, user flows, and interaction models for an immersive training app across three platforms:
- VR (Meta Quest 3): Hands-on procedural simulations
- Web (WebGL / PWA): Interactive learning modules
- Mobile AR: Real-world scale object visualizations
Translate highly technical client materials into intuitive, digital learning experiences
Structure complex workflows into clear, digestible steps guiding users through system setup, procedures, and post-use protocols
Collaborate closely with 3D artists, developers, and instructional designers to create educational, accessible, and engaging experiences
Own UX documentation, wireframes, and architecture; champion usability best practices across all platforms
Qualifications
- 7+ years of UX/UI experience in product or experience design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating structured wireframes, flows, and design logic for technically complex or instruction-heavy products
- Experience designing for immersive technologies including VR, AR, and WebGL
- Comfortable working with technical systems and hardware; adept at interpreting manuals, training guides, and procedural content
- Clear, professional English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for transforming dense information into intuitive user journeys
Required Skills
