GRO, a boutique marketing agency, is seeking an experienced UX/UI Website Designer who can take custom designs from Figma and build them beautifully and efficiently in WordPress using Elementor. This role requires someone with a strong blend of design sensibility and front-end development skill, who can transform creative concepts into functional, responsive websites that perform well and look stunning across all devices.

You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to turn design mockups into pixel-perfect builds while maintaining best practices for performance, accessibility, and SEO.

Responsibilities

Take high-fidelity designs from Figma and develop fully responsive, custom websites using Elementor on WordPress.
Build unique, non-template layouts and experiences that match brand direction and client goals.
Collaborate with designers to ensure seamless translation of UI/UX into functional code.
Implement responsive design standards across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and SEO (Core Web Vitals, structured data, and tagging).
Manage website revisions, QA testing, and troubleshooting.
Stay current on Elementor capabilities, WordPress updates, and front-end best practices.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience developing WordPress websites using Elementor Pro.
Proven ability to translate Figma mockups into custom Elementor builds — not relying on pre-made templates.
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), and basic JavaScript.
Experience working within WordPress CMS, including theme structure, custom post types, and plugin configuration.
Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
Understanding of SEO fundamentals, site optimization, and analytics integration.
Experience collaborating with design and marketing teams to meet project goals.
Portfolio showcasing custom Elementor websites built from design prototypes.
