Job Description: We are looking for an innovative AI Engineer to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, deploying, and scaling Machine Learning and Generative AI systems, with a strong emphasis on building autonomous AI agents. Your work will directly impact our core products and business operations by turning cutting-edge Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and pilots into scalable, production-ready features. This position offers a highly flexible work model.

Must-Have

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, including taking models from development to production environments (MLOps & Deployment)
• Deep expertise in Generative AI ecosystems, including working with both commercial (e.g., OpenAI) and open-source Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Practical experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and utilizing frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Proven ability to design and orchestrate intelligent AI Agents that interact with external tools (APIs, Databases) using orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen
• Advanced skills in prompt engineering to optimize model outputs
• Comfortable working within Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• High autonomy, sharp critical thinking, and the ability to bridge the gap between tech and business (translating complex AI capabilities into clear business value)

Would Be Great If You Have

• An academic background in Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous end-to-end AI implementations that delivered visible, real-world impact
