Marketing Manager – SEA (Crypto / Web3)
Remote or Thailand-based | Focus on Thailand and neighbouring markets
Our client is a leading player in the global digital asset exchange space, with a strong presence across Asia and the Middle East. Since its founding in 2018, the company has grown to serve over 45 million users worldwide and now ranks among the top four global crypto platforms by trading volume, handling approximately $10 billion in daily transactions.
They are now looking for a Marketing Manager to lead local marketing initiatives in Thailand and neighbouring Southeast Asian markets. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the regional landscape, strong executional skills, and experience in the Web3/crypto industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute localised marketing strategies tailored for Thailand and surrounding SEA markets
- Build and maintain partnerships with local KOLs, media outlets, PR agencies, and community platforms
- Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to ensure consistency with brand direction and global campaigns
- Plan and lead online and offline brand activations to drive user growth and awareness
- Monitor market trends and conduct user research to guide product and marketing decisions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in crypto/Web3 marketing; 5+ years preferred
- Experience in startups or fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of the Thai market; additional familiarity with Myanmar, Cambodia, or Laos is a plus
- Previous exposure to international organisations or multicultural teams
- International education or study-abroad background is highly regarded
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus
