Grip is hiring a Senior Meta Performance Marketing Manager.
A word on the accounts first. Our client-partners include some of the biggest names in online education. Anyone operating in high-ticket lead generation has seen these campaigns in the wild, studied the funnels, and wondered whose team was behind them. This role puts you on that team, with your name on the accounts.
The Bar
- Direct-response Meta media buying with a proven track record managing $750K - $2M+ per month on high-ticket offers which includes info products, online education, coaching, consulting. Individual accountability, with your name on the account.
- A demonstrated history of scaling accounts past six figures a month into seven - profitably, not just cheaply.
- You've worked inside a performance agency, carried multiple accounts at once, and made decisions from third-party attribution and CRM data down to booked calls and closed revenue.
- You're hands-on with Ads Manager and Business Manager, and fluent enough in attribution tooling (Hyros, Wicked Reports, HighLevel, HubSpot) to reconcile platform, attribution, and CRM into one picture of profit. You know which one to trust when they disagree.
The Person We're Looking For
- Profitability is your North Star, not platform CPL. You read a CRM and a sales report as fluently as Ads Manager, and you use that back-end view to shape front-end account structure. You build for the volume and signal strength Meta's algorithm needs, while ruthlessly protecting the economics underneath it.
- You've already left the "more ad sets, more control" playbook behind. You build consolidated structures that absorb creative volume and produce clean signal, and you know when to let the system learn before you intervene.
- You wait for a pattern to repeat across a meaningful window before you touch a budget lever: multi-day trends, statistical confidence, downstream sales data; and you can always explain why you did or didn't act, with evidence.
- You treat creative as the account's most important variable, not a support function. You brief strategists and editors with enough precision that winners become a repeatable taxonomy and losers teach the team something specific.
- You don't wait to be told. Tracking drift gets flagged. A funnel breakage gets escalated with a path forward. A scaling opportunity gets a business case before spend moves.
- You document as you go. SOPs, taxonomies, change logs and more, because you've seen what happens to an account when the learnings only live in one person's head.
What You'll Own
- Meta Buying, Testing & Scaling Full ownership of account architecture, budget decisions, and a high-velocity testing roadmap. Every test tied to a written hypothesis, every launch pre-flighted for tracking and compliance before it goes live.
- Reporting, Data & Creative Iteration Daily reconciliation across Meta, Hyros, and CRM data; a Daily Performance Diary per client; a weekly Creative Iteration Brief that tells the creative team exactly what's winning, what's losing, and what to build next.
- Decision Rights Full autonomy over day-to-day optimization inside approved guardrails. Strategic shifts - new funnel direction, major budget step-ups and net-new tracking get proposed with a business case.
How We Operate As A Team
Grip is built on four core values, and this seat tests all of them daily:
- One & Only (this account is the only one that matters, and it has your name on it)
- Tribe Above Self (you share wins, own mistakes, and make the people around you better)
- Never in the Dark (you surface risk and document as you go, so no one is ever guessing at account health)
- Whatever It Takes (you act before you're asked, and you own what happens next — including the misses)
What The Role Offers
- The accounts behind those campaigns, already at $750K–$2M+/month, with real headroom to scale further
- A creative team paired with media buyers daily, built for the pace and variety scaling now demands
- Full-funnel attribution on every account, so you're optimizing against reality, not platform noise
- End-to-end ownership: testing strategy, budget decisions, and scaling calls are yours to make
- Fully remote, ET-aligned hours, with compensation carrying real performance upside
We built Grip for people who own the whole system: creative, funnel, offer, tracking, lead quality, and the revenue at the end of it.
