Senior Product Designer

Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product and industry knowledge. You will work in a team-oriented environment that accelerates operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead research and strategy phases, leveraging both in-house and external resources to inform design decisions
• Facilitate the ideation and conceptualization of innovative digital experiences, balancing creative exploration with proven strategies
• Develop and present detailed personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Lead profecy specific client pitches, presentations, and educational sessions, demonstrating expertise and thought leadership
• Plan and conduct stakeholder and customer interviews, and lead co-creation workshops to drive collaboration and engagement
• Encourage a culture of innovation by fostering an exploratory approach within the design team
• Collaborate closely with product engineers to refine products and processes, ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Contribute to the ideation and conceptualization of innovative design solutions for project direction and user experience

Min requirements:

• Expert level in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, research, prototyping, and delivery of production-ready designs across various platforms (iOS, Android, Web)
• Expert level in facilitating design workshops, user research sessions, and UX testing methodologies
• Expert level in UI patterns, grids, design systems, and a deep understanding of usability, with Competence in accessibility, SEO, analytics, and A/B testing
• Expert level in Agile development practices and the ability to apply design guidelines such as iOS’s Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design, and web front-end frameworks like React and Angular
• Master level in manage client relationships, including executive-level stakeholders, through interviews, presentations, and workshops
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
