The Role
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (paid, email, outbound)
- Build a repeatable, data-led pipeline engine using tools like HubSpot, Clearbit, and Apollo
- Partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing to deliver qualified opportunities
- Optimise lead workflows, enrichment, and reporting for accuracy and insight
- Measure, analyse, and continually refine campaign performance to accelerate growth
Desired Skills & Experience
- B2B growth or demand generation experience (AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS preferred)
- Strong grasp of CRM, automation, and enrichment tools (HubSpot, Clay, Clearbit, Apollo)
- Analytical and strategic mindset - comfortable with metrics, attribution, and pipeline impact
- Excellent communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with outbound and ABM tactics a plus
