The Role

We are looking for a Junior Wordpress Developer to help us improve and maintain our applications.

The resource will be expected to take technical ownership of the products, suggesting improvements and collaborating in the architectural design of the applications with the stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build wordpress templates following the stakeholders requirements and graphics
Build reusable wordpress plugins and improve the existing ones following the stakeholders requirements
Discuss with the rest of the team architectural designs and technical solutions
Keep the websites up to date and give support to guarantee uptime.
Deploy new websites in the hosting environments approved by the company.

Ideal Profile

5 years of experience as a Wordpress Developer
Experience with GIT.
Experience with PHP and Wordpress
A creative mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively within a team
Strong communication skills
A basic understanding of Core Web Vitals and familiarity with optimization plugins such as WP Rocket or Perfmatters is a plus
