What You'll Do

Design user-friendly, modern interfaces for websites, web apps, and digital products
Translate business and user needs into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI
Collaborate with developers, strategists, and project managers to bring designs to life
Maintain consistency across projects through design systems and component libraries
Create responsive layouts with attention to usability and accessibility
Participate in feedback sessions, iterate based on team or client input
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in an agency or product environment
Strong portfolio showcasing polished UI and clear UX thinking, with real project examples
Advanced knowledge of Figma, including complex components, libraries, auto-layout, and plugin usage
Deep understanding of design systems - from creation and documentation to implementation at scale
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and user interviews to inform design decisions
Solid grasp of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility best practices
Strong UX process and the ability to clearly articulate design rationale
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
