Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – GreenMobility, Copenhagen

GreenMobility is looking for a commercially strong, data-driven, and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team in Copenhagen on a permanent, full-time basis as soon as possible.

About the Role

As CMO at GreenMobility A/S, your primary mission is to drive revenue and strengthen our market position in Denmark. You will have end-to-end ownership of the commercial engine, from brand development and customer acquisition to retention and lifetime value optimization. Balancing long-term strategic direction with hands-on operational execution at a high professional standard will be essential to your success.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Data-Driven Marketing: Analyzing complex user data, optimizing the full customer journey, and managing CAC against LTV with high efficiency.

• Campaign Execution: Conceiving, launching, and scaling high-impact marketing campaigns across digital channels.

• Website & Digital Platform: Leading the project management, redesign, and launch of a modern website focused on conversion rate optimization and brand storytelling.

• Autonomous Vehicle Communications: Go-to-market communication strategies for the launch and rollout of autonomous vehicle technology.

• Team Leadership: Directing, coaching, and inspiring an ambitious marketing team of 3 full-time specialists (including yourself) in a high-trust, "can-do" culture.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced commercial leader with a strong track record in B2C digital marketing and growth:

• Analytical & Commercially Focused: You base decisions on hard data, understand unit economics, and continuously optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI.

• Digital Leader: You have proven experience managing large-scale digital initiatives, including website relaunches and performance marketing ecosystems.

• Empathetic & Resilient Leader: You build high-performing teams, maintain clear direction under shifting priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, publicly traded company environment.

• Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (both written and spoken).
