We are seeking a dynamic Marketing, Partnerships & Finance Manager to join the BaseCamp leadership team. This role combines strategic marketing, partnership development, and financial oversight. You will craft and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, secure sponsorships, and manage festival partnerships. You will also oversee financial planning, reporting, and contract negotiations, ensuring both profitability and strong brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies targeting festival audiences and partners.
- Build and manage sponsor/partner relationships, ensuring ROI through activations and reporting.
- Manage BaseCamp's financial planning, budgeting, and revenue tracking during events.
- Oversee media relations, brand presence, and digital engagement before and during festivals.
- Deliver post-event financial and marketing reports, and develop strategies for growth and expansion.
**Skills & Requirements: **
- Proven experience in event marketing, partnerships, or sponsorship management.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly.
Reporting Line:
Reports to the BaseCamp Executive Director, works closely with Operations, Customer Engagement, and Sustainability managers.
