We are building a company that serves them with excellence, across linear television, streaming, digital, social, FAST channels, and direct audience engagement. We are looking for a Director of Email Marketing who can help us build a best-in-class email and lifecycle marketing operation that reflects the same care, clarity, and trust we bring to our content.
Role Description
The Director of Email Marketing will lead the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of Great American Media’s email marketing programs across our brands, including Great American Pure Flix, Great American Family, and Insider/community audiences. This role is responsible for turning email into a disciplined, high-performing growth and engagement channel that supports subscriber acquisition, retention, reactivation, content discovery, premiere tune-in, community engagement, and brand loyalty.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on: someone who can develop lifecycle strategy, write or shape compelling campaign briefs, manage segmentation and testing, ensure flawless execution in platforms such as HubSpot & Braze, and bring strong reporting discipline to every campaign. This person should be highly organized, detail-oriented, technically comfortable, and deeply respectful of the audience we serve. A knowledge and appreciation of faith-based content is a plus.
