About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and expand marketing partnerships focused on generating leads for Social Security Disability cases. This high-impact position centers on building relationships with affiliate partners specializing in lead generation, data monetization, and traffic acquisition for Social Security Disability claims. You will be responsible for developing and executing affiliate strategies that connect with consumers seeking disability benefits, fostering new partnerships, and optimizing campaigns to drive inbound case leads.
Success in this role requires strong business development skills, an analytical mindset, and expertise in performance marketing. You will work closely with internal teams to enhance workflows, optimize lead generation efforts, and ensure seamless partner integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage publisher platforms (CJ, Awin, and others) and oversee lead generation affiliate campaigns.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new affiliate partners, traffic providers, and data lead buyers to scale Social Security Disability case leads.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of affiliate partnerships, including contracting, onboarding, tracking, quality control, optimization, and billing.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow lead volume and improve affiliate performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Social Security Disability marketing, providing market insights to internal teams.
- Work with product, technical, and legal teams to enhance lead monetization efforts, streamline operations, and improve affiliate integration.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and revenue growth.
- Drive affiliate revenue while meeting lead volume and conversion targets.
- Proactively address challenges and identify scalable solutions to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years in affiliate marketing, partner management, or lead generation, preferably in legal or disability marketing.
- Understanding of Social Security Disability lead generation, Insurance, Medical/Healthcare, and legal marketing is a plus.
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (CJ, Shopify, Google Analytics), API integrations, and call platforms.
- Skilled in negotiating Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with affiliates and data partners.
- Proven ability to grow partnerships and optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Comfortable working with Excel, performance analytics, and reporting insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across teams.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through and project management capabilities
