Gray Malin is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and onsite conversion. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and creative marketer who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, ecommerce merchandising, and customer lifecycle.
Reporting into senior leadership, this person will own the day-to-day management of our digital marketing ecosystem, driving revenue growth through paid media, email/SMS marketing, merchandising strategy, and customer retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce & Merchandising
- Own SKU setup, product merchandising, and collection management in Shopify
- Support product launches, inventory coordination, and merchandising strategy across the site
- Ensure product pages and collections are optimized for conversion
- Study the customer journey on the site and provide continuous suggestions for conversion rate optimization.
- Plan and execute A/B tests for conversion optimization on a regular basis.
Paid Media & Acquisition
- Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Own campaign strategy, budget allocation, creative testing, and performance reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve ROAS, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates
- Partner with creative teams on ad asset development and UGC integration
Email & SMS Marketing
- Build and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns through Klaviyo, including promotional, automated, and segmented sends
- Develop customer journey strategies to improve retention, LTV, and repeat purchase behavior
- Manage list growth, segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability best practices
SEO & Analytics
- Partner on SEO strategy, including collection page optimization, content opportunities, and technical improvements
- Monitor and analyze performance through GA4 and other reporting tools
- Build actionable insights around traffic, conversion, customer behavior, and merchandising trends
- Create weekly and adhoc reports for marketing and creative teams, using a variety of data sources and tools such as Google, Meta, Shopify, etc.
- Create and update KPI dashboards
Retention, Loyalty & Reviews
- Manage loyalty, referrals, and customer review strategy through Yotpo
- Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement, advocacy, and repeat purchases
- Oversee UGC sourcing and implementation across paid and owned channels
Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing, preferably within luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or DTC brands
- Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and strong proficiency across Google Ads, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Strong Klaviyo experience (email + SMS)
- Advanced Shopify experience, including product setup and merchandising
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices
- Strong experience with GA4 and performance reporting
- Experience with Yotpo or similar loyalty/reviews platforms
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving quickly in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Criteo
- Familiarity with Connected TV (CTV) advertising
- Experience with affiliate marketing or influencer partnerships
