Success in this role looks like:

Ownership and management of one or more products
Supporting cross-functional teams with strategy development and asset creation
Development and execution of effective Product Marketing Plans (PMPs)
Delivering successful Go-To-Market strategies

Create and lead an advisory council of industry experts. Organize and lead advisory meetings and user conferences

Core Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize marketing collateral/campaigns to drive sales and revenue (print, event, digital, and social)
Drive activities that include multimedia marketing campaigns and web page optimization, all to increase revenue and product conversions
Collect customer and market data, ensuring new products and features meet customer needs. Be the expert in the markets your products support
Understand the competitive landscape. Identify strengths and weaknesses of competitor products and communicate key differentiators
Plan and manage Go-To-Market launches for new products and features, ensuring seamless cross-functional implementation
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customer personas
Develop and manage marketing plans, including key activities, budgets, and resources for customer acquisition and retention
Assess and adjust marketing programs based on performance metrics
Support sales channels by training them on customer problems and guiding the development of internal tools and external collateral

Requirements

Preferred Skills

3+ years of product management/marketing experience, including 1-2 years in a customer/market-facing role
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
Strong ROI-tracking skills with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment
Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in tailoring communications to diverse audiences
Experience in a consensus-driven, collaborative culture
Ability to build and maintain formal and informal networks within and outside the organization

The salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. We may be open to negotiating outside of this range if the desired salary aligns with the needs of the candidate and the company.
