Title: Data Scientist

Location: Remote

Type: 6-Month Contract (with potential for 1+ year extension)

Overview: We’re seeking a Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to innovative ML-driven initiatives, including CX Elevate—an enterprise program developing customer self-service agents. This role focuses on designing, training, and validating machine learning models beyond LLMs, translating technical insights into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform exploratory data analysis and hypothesis-driven testing
• Design and develop machine learning models (MLPs, not just LLMs)
• Build and test classification models using techniques like UMAP and other unsupervised algorithms
• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) for new model designs
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into data science solutions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science.
• Python and SQL (hands-on coding)
• Strong background in Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with unsupervised learning and advanced ML techniques
• Familiarity with various ML packages and services (more than just GenAI)
• Experience with ML frameworks, model experimentation, and deployment workflows.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business value
• SaaS experience is a plus but not required
