About the role

We’re searching for a Senior Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and oversee advanced social media strategies that elevate our clients’ brands across platforms. This role plays a key part in our social media team, responsible for leading a group of strategists and specialists, managing complex multi-channel campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to drive optimization, and providing thought leadership to strengthen client engagement and brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advanced social media strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across social platforms.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
  • Analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and algorithms to innovate strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior social media managers and coordinators.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders on social media projects.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 7+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • Proven track record of developing successful social media strategies for high-profile clients.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing social media budgets and ROI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
