The Senior Social Media Manager will develop, implement, and oversee advanced social media strategies for our clients. This role involves leading a team, managing complex campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and providing thought leadership to elevate the social media presence of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced social media strategies aligned with client goals.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across social platforms.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
• Analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and algorithms to innovate strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior social media managers and coordinators.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders on social media projects.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 7+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
• Proven track record of developing successful social media strategies for high-profile clients.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing social media budgets and ROI.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

The salary range below includes variations between all locations and reflects the highest potential and/or eventual salary in this position. There is no standard offer, as each is based on experience, location, and other factual criteria.
