Position Overview
Gravis is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing to lead the Container Liners and Pallet Liners product categories. This highly visible, strategic role is responsible for driving sales performance, setting pricing and marketing direction, managing the product portfolio, and enabling sales success across the organization.
You will lead a team of 3–4 direct reports (sales and technical sales professionals) and collaborate closely with the broader field sales team to grow revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Pricing
- Develop new business and implement pricing strategies that optimize profitability, competitiveness, and long-term growth.
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor dynamics to inform pricing and product positioning.
- Partner with finance and operations teams to ensure financial and operational alignment.
Marketing & Product Management
- Lead go-to-market strategy for Container Liners and Pallet Liners, including branding, campaigns, and lead generation.
- Oversee full product lifecycle, from development to retirement, including new product introductions and enhancements.
- Leverage customer insights and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and portfolio optimization.
Sales Enablement & Field Collaboration
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3–4 sales and technical professionals who each own a book of business to drive incremental growth and new customers.
- Support cross-selling initiatives across the broader Gravis sales organization by enabling product knowledge, market insights and ongoing training.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert for Container Liners and Pallet Liners in key customer discussions and internal strategy sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or product management within industrial packaging, manufacturing, or B2B industries.
- Proven leadership experience, including team management and development.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience developing and executing pricing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a global or multi-regional sales environment is a strong plus.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
