Grape Law Firm, PLLC is looking for a talented colleague for the “Marketing and Communications Specialist” position in Türkiye. Grape Law is a New York-based, young, and dynamic law firm dedicated to helping immigrants worldwide navigate the immigration process and obtain citizenship.

We're currently seeking a creative and experienced Marketing and Communications Specialist who has minimum of 3 year experience to join our team and contribute significantly to the expansion and management of our marketing department. This role is remote and follows New York time zone working hours.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and follow up on webinars from start to finish
Prepare and distribute press releases, and manage relationships with media outlets
Coordinate physical events (fairs, conferences, promotional activities) and handle related communications
Manage influencer collaborations, monitor performance, and provide reporting
Oversee the production and distribution of physical marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and corporate kits

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and communications
Proven skills in event management, media relations, and content creation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Experience in an agency or fast-paced environment is a plus
Proficiency in English is required
