About the Role
Grantd Equity is an AI-powered equity compensation management platform serving 400+ RIA advisors. The Revenue Marketing Manager owns top-of-funnel demand generation and sales enablement — running the paid marketing campaigns that fill our pipeline, building the sales collateral our team relies on to close deals, and representing Grantd at industry conferences and educational events. You'll work in close lockstep with the revenue and sales team — partnering on forecasting and bottoms-up pipeline and channel analysis to build the plan, executing against it, and measuring performance. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
This role suits someone who's genuinely a bit of a unicorn: a smart, self-starter who moves fluidly between hands-on tactical execution and higher-level strategy, equally comfortable running a paid campaign in the morning and partnering with the sales team on a new messaging and collateral in the afternoon. We're looking for someone who thinks like an owner of the paid marketing budget — running the ROAS analysis and having the backbone to make investment decisions based on what the performance data actually says, not just what's comfortable.
Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid (Denver, CO)
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, and other industry-relevant channels) to drive top-of-funnel pipeline for a B2B SaaS audience in the fintech / wealth management space
- Build and maintain sales collateral — one-pagers, case studies, decks, and battlecards — that helps the sales team tell Grantd's story clearly and close deals faster
- Partner closely with sales to understand what's resonating (and what isn't) in the field, and translate that feedback into sharper messaging and campaigns
- Work closely with the revenue and sales team on revenue forecasting and bottoms-up pipeline analysis — using that analysis to build the growth plan, execute against it, and measure performance against targets
- Represent Grantd at industry conferences and events, including managing logistics, booth presence, and educational sessions that build brand awareness among RIA firms
- Own ROAS and other performance analysis across paid channels, and make the call on reallocating budget and investment based on what's actually driving pipeline and revenue
- Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and cost-per-lead / cost-per-opportunity metrics
- Manage relationships with outside vendors and agencies supporting paid media, design, and event execution
- Stay current on trends in RIA / wealth management and equity compensation software to keep positioning sharp and differentiated
- Contribute to broader go-to-market strategy, including positioning and messaging for new features and products
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with hands-on experience running paid / growth marketing campaigns
- A smart, self-starter who can operate at both altitudes — rolling up your sleeves on tactical execution and stepping back to think and plan strategically
- Deep experience owning paid channels and marketing budgets as if they were your own — running ROAS analysis and having the backbone to make investment and reallocation decisions based on performance data
- Demonstrated experience working closely with a sales team — you understand what sales needs to close deals and how to give it to them
- Comfort working with the revenue team on forecasting and bottoms-up pipeline analysis to build and measure a plan against targets
- Strong writing and design instincts; comfort producing polished sales collateral and campaign creative with minimal revision
- Experience managing paid campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, or industry-specific platforms, with a data-driven approach to optimization
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment where you'll wear multiple hats
- Excellent project management skills — able to juggle campaigns, collateral requests, and event logistics at the same time
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to RIA firms, wealth managers, or other financial services audiences
- Familiarity with equity compensation, cap table, or other fintech software categories
- Experience planning or staffing industry conferences and trade show booths
- Familiarity with marketing and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Prior experience at a company selling into SEC- or FINRA-regulated industries
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $100,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience.
- 401(k) with company match
- Health, dental, and vision coverage
- Paid time off and company holidays
