Experienced Marketing Professional

Grant Consulting Services LLC is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and dedicated Marketing Professional to join our team as a subcontractor. The right candidate will need excellent writing skills, have experience in marketing trends, i.e., Google, social media platforms, etc., and be committed to the mission of Grant Consulting Services LLC. Must have at least 3-5 years or more of proven marketing experience. Must have at least 3 years of experience with Kajabi and marketing analytics, i.e., Google Analytics, social media platform analytics, etc. The Marketing Assistant can enjoy the freedom and autonomy of a flexible and remote work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Market research: Conduct market research to gather data on competitors, target audience, and industry trends.
• Content creation: Writing copy for website content, newsletters, emails, and other marketing materials.
• Social media management: Monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
• Campaign execution: Planning and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including marketing plans, email marketing, paid advertising, and events. Email campaign experience with Kajabi is required.
• Data analysis: Tracking campaign performance metrics like website traffic, lead generation, and social media engagement to generate reports.
• Graphic design support:
• Creating visuals for marketing materials with design tools such as Canva.
• Administrative tasks: Maintaining marketing calendars, managing contact lists, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics for marketing events.
• Website maintenance: Updating website content, managing forms, and ensuring site functionality
• Availability: Be available up to 10 hours per week

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
• Minimum of three years of marketing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with consistent attention to detail
• Ability to perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Capacity to work independently, exercise own judgment, and manage multiple deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively in developing and managing marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel) and Google Workspace
• Must be able to meet and work at times with the organization in the Eastern and Pacific Time Zones
