Job role:

We’re looking for a designer who can own both how a product works and how it feels.

What You’ll Do:

Product

• Design UX flows
• Simplify complex workflows and remove friction
• Define states, interactions, and edge cases before UI
• Continuously improve usability of existing features
• Work closely with engineers during implementation

Brand & Perception

• Design marketing landing pages and website experiences
• Ensure product UI and brand identity feel unified
• Improve perceived quality through typography, spacing, and hierarchy
• Maintain visual consistency across releases and surfaces

Systems & Consistency

• Build and evolve a scalable design system
• Maintain consistency across website, and internal tools
• Identify UX debt and proactively fix it
• Raise the overall polish of products over time

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has 4+ years of product / UI-UX design experience
• Has worked in small teams with high ownership
• Has designed both product interfaces and marketing pages
• Challenges confusing requirements
• Shows Initiative and a growth mindset

Core Skills Needed

• UX flows & interaction design
• Clean modern UI design capability
• Conversion-focused landing pages
• Design systems
• Prototyping (Figma or similar)
• Developer collaboration
• SaaS or dashboard product experience
• Experience improving an existing product
• Understanding of frontend constraints
• Experience using behavior analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar or similar)
• Familiarity with Google Search Console
