THE ROLE

We're seeking a Product Designer to transform complex global finance into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. You'll be instrumental in designing the next generation of financial tools that make cross-border payments as simple as domestic transactions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Product Leadership

Lead end-to-end design of financial products from concept through launch, focusing on cross-border payment solutions for enterprise clients
Partner closely with engineering, product management, and business development teams to solve complex user challenges across web and mobile platforms

User Experience Design

Design clear, accessible interfaces for diverse user groups including financial operators, developers, compliance teams, and business stakeholders
Develop and maintain our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products
Balance regulatory compliance and security requirements with exceptional user experience

Research & Strategy

Conduct user research to identify pain points in international transactions and embedded finance workflows
Translate insights into actionable design improvements that drive user adoption and business growth

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential Experience

4-7 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating impact in fintech, payments, or related B2B software
Proven experience designing for technical users, including APIs, dashboards, and developer tools
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows
Deep understanding of payment systems, regulatory compliance, and global finance operations
Exceptional communication skills with ability to present design rationale to technical and business stakeholders

Mindset & Approach

Enthusiasm for blockchain technology and emerging financial infrastructure (experience preferred but willingness to learn is essential)
Systems thinking approach to complex, multi-stakeholder product challenges

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with cross-border payment systems, compliance tooling, or multi-currency product design
Strong background in data visualization and analytics dashboard design
Previous experience designing for platforms, marketplaces, or two-sided markets
Developer experience (DevX) design background
