About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Data Scientist to design and implement end-to-end data science solutions that solve real business problems and create measurable value. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL and Python, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to translate complex analytical insights into clear business recommendations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and domain experts to develop scalable machine learning solutions and integrate them into production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end data science and machine learning solutions to address business challenges.
• Extract, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets using SQL and data platforms such as Teradata Vantage.
• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models using Python.
• Utilize feature stores to support model development and production deployment.
• Explore and implement Generative AI techniques (LLMs, transformers) where relevant to business use cases.
• Define data science strategies aligned with business goals and long-term data roadmaps.
• Communicate insights, methodologies, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports tailored to executive, operational, and technical audiences.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to deploy solutions into production.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science tools, workflows, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in data science or applied machine learning.
• Strong expertise in SQL and working with large datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Experience building and deploying machine learning models.
• Strong data storytelling and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with Teradata Vantage.
• Experience with time series analysis or anomaly detection.
• Exposure to Generative AI frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
• Familiarity with feature stores (Feast, Vertex AI Feature Store, Databricks Feature Store).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, CI/CD for ML, Docker, and APIs.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• French language skills.
