About the Role:
As Marketing Manager, you'll be the ultimate utility player—ready to jump in wherever needed to drive growth and build brand awareness. You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Design and execute creative growth marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Develop compelling content and collateral, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website content and email marketing campaigns.
- Optimize digital channels through SEO, paid advertising, social media management, and website analytics.
- Support CRM operations, lead generation, and nurturing activities to ensure a strong pipeline.
- Drive lead generation initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to amplify our brand message and drive strategic initiatives.
Who You Are:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B or B2G marketing roles (sorry but this is a must)
- Growth mindset with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management (SEO, CRM experience a big plus too).
- A self-starter, highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A passion for serving a market like public safety where the work they do means everything
- Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to tackle new challenges head-on.
