What You’ll Do
- Design & Customize Workflows: Build and tailor SharePoint workflows in SharePoint Designer to streamline processes.
- Build Interactive Forms: Create user-friendly, customized InfoPath forms that bring efficiency to complex tasks.
- Develop & Support SharePoint Solutions: Manage and support all facets of SharePoint—sites, site collections, master pages, templates, web parts, content types, lists, libraries, workflows, authentication, security, and permissions.
- Enhance User Experience: Implement branding, customization, and web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XSL, CAML) to deliver polished, intuitive interfaces.
- Problem-Solve with Precision: Apply strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve SharePoint challenges quickly.
- Collaborate & Document: Partner with business users to understand requirements, document solutions, and ensure effective communication.
- Leverage Advanced Tools: Use PowerShell scripting, SharePoint BI features, and 3rd party applications to maximize performance.
- Safeguard & Manage: Apply knowledge of PKI infrastructure, certificates, and SharePoint’s application architecture to keep systems secure and reliable.
What You Bring
Experience:
- 5+ years in analysis, design, development, and delivery of web-based applications.
- 3–5 years working with SharePoint 2010/2013 (development and administration).
- Strong background in SharePoint customization, branding, and document management.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XSL/XSLT, CAML, PowerShell scripting, and SharePoint BI.
- Communication: Excellent documentation, user interaction, and business analysis skills.
Education:
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent work/military experience).
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Microsoft certifications strongly preferred.
Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance is required.
