About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Head of Goto.game. This is a part-time arrangement for 16 hours per week (i.e. 2 days), with the potential to extend to full-time or increase hours.

This role needs someone who is highly organised and proactive to support the team, in a fast-paced gaming environment. It also requires strong research, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

What the Role Entails:

1. Creator & Influencer Support

• Conduct creator and influencer research (“creator look-up”) aligned with campaign and project goals
• Identify potential partners based on audience, platform, and brand fit
• Support outreach efforts and maintain organised records of contacts and responses

2. Administrative & Operational Support

• Maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers, and databases with high accuracy
• Ensure all records, lists, and documents are organised and up to date
• Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks in support of the Head
• Coordinate and schedule meetings across internal and external stakeholders
• Manage calendar priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Prepare meeting agendas and ensure timely follow-ups

3. Project, Content, & Deadline Management

• Prepare presentation decks for internal and client-facing use
• Format and polish documents, reports, and communications to a professional standard
• Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and formatting across materials
• Assist in planning and executing cross-functional projects
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Proactively follow up on pending tasks and action items
• Support the Head in prioritising and managing workload effectively

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role. A big plus if you are a gamer yourself!
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with gaming creators, streamers, or the esports ecosystem
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong research and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and a huge focus on getting things done
• Willing to learn - there is a big team of digital marketing specialists to collaborate with and who will support your learning and success.
