Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Work Schedule: 10:00PM - 7:00AM

Salary: Up to PHP 85K depending on experience

Summary:

We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to enhance the user experience of our existing websites and contribute to the design of new web products. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating visually engaging interfaces and managing design consistency across various platforms.

About the Job

Key Duties:

• Improve UX of our existing websites
• Apply consistent design patterns and create new patterns for reuse
• Create visually effective interface designs for web products
• Collaborate with CTO and Chief of Staff to manage workload and timelines
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback
• Partner with creative/marketing counterparts to produce media and branded assets
• Manage all website/plugin compatibility

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

• Strong understanding of SEO
• Proficient in UX design processes (creating personas, use cases, user flows, etc.)
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of eCommerce design
• Familiarity with online customer behavior and interaction patterns
• General understanding of front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
• Ability to maintain file organization
• Portfolio should include redesigns of existing sites and/or sites built from start to finish

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
