Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to help organize and manage project workflows for our marketing team. This person will act as a project lead and "scrum master" for marketing, ensuring tasks are created, assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule.

About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage ClickUp for the marketing department.
• Create, assign, and track tasks for all marketing campaigns and projects.
• Maintain accurate marketing calendars by sales/GTM team.
• Build and manage ClickUp dashboards and reporting.
• Facilitate project updates, task reviews, and sprint planning sessions.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across multiple marketing functions.
• Keep projects moving and proactively follow up on overdue items.

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

• Expert-level experience using ClickUp (task management, reporting, automations).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating across a large team.
• Experience working with marketing teams or B2B SaaS companies is a plus.
