Summary (Why this Role Matters):
As a Marketing Outreach Manager, you'll play a crucial role in building meaningful connections with high-profile clients and stakeholders. Your efforts will enhance the brand presence, opening doors to opportunities while deepening trust and relevance in client relationships.
Key Duties:
- Build and manage outbound communication across the company and leadershipโs accounts via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Create highly personalized outbound sequences targeting CMOs, VPs of Brand, editors, collaborators, and other high-value contacts.
- Write and test cold and warm messaging frameworks that reflect brand tone, avoiding generic outreach.
- Manage personalized outreach to potential podcast guests for leadership initiatives.
- Map and manage the full outreach system in HubSpot: contacts, sequences, performance, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and PR Lead to align messaging with launches, campaigns, and visibility efforts.
- Operate as a ghostwriter for multiple executives while adapting tone, context, and objectives per person.

Skills & Experience (Overview):
- Proven experience managing strategic outbound campaigns targeting senior brand or agency stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in ghostwriting for leaders, matching tone, maintaining discretion, and showcasing polish.
- Proficient in HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, and other prospecting and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with podcast guest booking and executive visibility outreach.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields (optional qualifications acceptable).
Stakeholders:
