Summary: We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support our B2B SaaS marketing team. This role will manage our marketing systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo), build and launch campaigns, set up workflows, manage suppression lists, and maintain a clean and organized marketing database.

About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo.
• Build and launch email campaigns, landing pages, and workflows.
• Manage lead lists, segmentation, and suppression lists.
• Maintain database hygiene and campaign tracking.
• Follow established processes and collaborate with Growth Managers.

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

• Strong HubSpot and Salesforce experience.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and list management.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS companies is a plus.
