Overview
Fox Three Partners is seeking a full-time offshore Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to execute repeatable, playbook-driven marketing programs that generate qualified inbound and outbound leads for multiple companies that we invest in and/or advise.
The role is highly execution- and process-focused: you will use our Wrike project management system, which contains structured marketing playbooks (tasks, templates, workflows). Your job is to administer those programs consistently, ensuring campaigns are launched on time, managed properly, and optimized for results.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution via Wrike
- Execute all marketing projects inside Wrike, following predefined playbooks (email sequences, blog posts, ads, social campaigns).
- Manage timelines, update task status, and ensure deliverables are completed to standard.
- Help refine Wrike workflows by documenting best practices and identifying areas for automation.
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and build targeted prospect lists (LinkedIn, Seamless.ai).
- Launch outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn outreach), following deliverability best practices.
- Manage inbound campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, social ads) and optimize based on performance.
- Email Campaign Management
- Build and manage both cold outbound campaigns and warm nurture/drip campaigns.
- Segment lists and maintain data hygiene in CRM and automation tools.
- Monitor deliverability, response rates, and conversions.
- Content & Social Execution
- Coordinate content creation (blogs, posts, newsletters), repurposing assets across channels.
- Schedule and monitor social media posts, ensuring brand voice is consistent.
- Use Canva or similar tools to create simple but professional campaign assets.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track lead generation KPIs (volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, ROI).
- Maintain dashboards in Wrike and/or CRM for visibility.
- Recommend process and playbook refinements to improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in digital marketing or lead generation, with proven results in B2B or SMB.
- Experience with both cold outbound (email sequencing, personalization, deliverability) and warm inbound/nurture campaigns.
- Hands-on with CRMs and automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, and analytics (Google Analytics, GA4).
- Project management experience in Wrike, Asana, ClickUp, or similar — ability to manage tasks in a structured system.
- Strong written English for drafting outreach and content.
