About The Job

Key Duties:

Visual Design & Creation

• Design creative visuals for websites, social media, advertising, brochures, and packaging that captivate audiences.
• Create engaging graphics for social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital assets that enhance brand presence.
• Develop and maintain the company’s branding identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Apply branding to corporate assets such as logos, business cards, and presentations with a professional touch.
• Design marketing collaterals like flyers, merchandise, stationery, posters, and even outdoor advertisements.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress and GoHighLevel is a plus!

_Collaboration & Content Development

• Work closely with the marketing team to create visually compelling content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Partner with copywriters and developers to ensure cohesive design strategies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh, innovative design ideas.
• Present design concepts and creative directions when needed.

_Project Management & Industry Awareness

• Juggle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Provide daily/weekly updates to stakeholders on project progress.

_AI Utilization and Implementation

• Develop and implement AI solutions, including the creation and deployment of AI agents, to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

Skills And Experience

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Experience with UI/UX design and website graphics (preferred)
• Strong creative and conceptual skills
• Basic knowledge in CMS platform such as WordPress and GoHighLevel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
