This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

• You have 8–10 years supporting senior executives or leadership teams in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
• Manage complex calendars, last-minute changes, and competing priorities without constant supervision.

Technical Skills:

• Salesforce (or other Task/Project Management tools such as Asana, Trello, Notion).
• QuickBooks for light financial and reporting tasks.
• Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Suite for day-to-day productivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and multitasking.

Non-Negotiables:

• Willingness to work core hours aligned with EST time zone, with flexibility for urgent needs.
• High discretion, confidentiality, and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional communication skills, preferably native-level English proficiency.

Bonus Points:

• This is not just a traditional EA role. It blends professional support (executive calendar, meeting coordination, reporting, project support) with personal support (lifestyle management, household/vendor coordination, travel logistics).
• Proven problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
