Summary:
As the Digital Marketing Specialist (Digital Ad Operations), you will manage the day-to-day operations of clients' digital advertising campaigns, strategically planning budgets and executing campaigns across various platforms to drive client success.
About the Job
Key Duties:
- Develop comprehensive media plans and budget allocations based on client goals and target audiences.
- Collaborate with account managers to create data-driven campaign strategies.
- Forecast performance and make budget recommendations to maximize ROI.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities.
- Build and launch campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, Amazon, etc.).
- Set up and optimize e-commerce campaigns including product feeds and shopping ads.
- Connect advertising campaigns with client e-commerce platforms for seamless tracking.
- Implement proper tracking and attribution to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Perform regular optimizations to improve performance metrics.
- Allocate and adjust budgets across platforms based on performance data.
- Execute A/B testing on ad creative, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and provide insights-driven recommendations.
- Create clear, actionable client reports highlighting performance and opportunities.
- Analyze conversion funnels to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current on industry benchmarks and platform updates.
Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with creative teams, account managers, and client teams.
Skills and Experience
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in budget planning and allocation across multiple ad platforms.
- Demonstrated experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and at least one other ad platform.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, etc.).
- Understanding of e-commerce funnels, product feeds, and shopping campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with campaign tracking, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and landing page optimization.
