Tasks & Responsibilities
Seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to own the SEO/AIO and SEM strategy and execution. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, creative execution, and analytical rigour. They’ll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that grow visibility, generate qualified leads, and deliver measurable ROI.
Responsibilities Include
- Leading SEO/AIO across technical, on-page, and off-page optimisation
- Creating, optimising, and briefing content and copy for web pages, blogs, landing pages, and ad campaigns
- Managing paid campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, ad creation, optimisation, and reporting across Google Search, YouTube, Display, Performance Max and Meta platforms
- Conducting keyword research and building strategies that drive rankings and conversions
- Identifying and implementing technical improvements and fixes to site performance and structure
- Monitoring performance and providing actionable insights tied to business growth
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record managing SEO/AIO and SEM with measurable results
- Strong copywriting and content optimisation skills with SEO/AIO best practice knowledge
- Technical SEO/AIO expertise (site audits, schema, sitemaps, site speed, Core Web Vitals)
- Experience running and optimising digital paid campaigns across multiple formats
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and SEMrush (or similar)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear recommendations
