Role Description

We are looking for a UI/UX Design Engineer who can design and build the user-facing side of a data-rich ERP platform end to end. This is a full-time, remote role for someone who designs in Figma, builds the front end themselves in React, and ships to production. Our product is dashboard-heavy and module-based, serving trading and SME businesses, so we need someone who understands how complex business software should look, flow, and feel.

Our design bar is high. We are not looking for static screens. We expect Framer-level, motion-rich interfaces: animated transitions, micro-interactions, and dynamic elements that respond to the user. If your work is polished but static, this is not the right fit.

You will design and build dashboards, dense data tables, reporting templates, and multi-step forms across ERP modules such as inventory, sales, purchase, accounting, and CRM. You will translate real business workflows into interfaces that are clean, fast, animated, and genuinely usable by non-technical staff. We care more about design sensibility, motion craft, ERP understanding, and front-end instinct than about years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build motion-rich, dynamic interfaces: animated transitions, micro-interactions, and state changes that respond to user actions, not static screens.
• Design and build dashboards, dense data tables, reporting templates, and multi-step forms across modules such as inventory, sales, purchase, accounting, and CRM.
• Implement animation in production using tools and libraries such as Framer, Framer Motion, or GSAP, keeping motion smooth and performant.
• Translate business workflows and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and finished production UI.
• Build and maintain responsive, accessible interfaces using React, TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+), Tailwind CSS, and semantic HTML.
• Design clear reporting layouts and data visualisations using libraries such as Recharts, ECharts, or D3.
• Use AI-assisted development tools and IDEs, such as Claude in VS Code, Cursor, or Google Antigravity, to accelerate build and review cycles while maintaining code quality.
• Deploy and maintain front-end applications on modern hosting platforms, owning the path from local build to live site.
• Contribute to and maintain a shared design system: design tokens, component library, and documentation.
• Integrate front-end interfaces with REST and GraphQL APIs provided by the backend team.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated UI/UX experience, with a portfolio showing strong design sensibility and attention to usability.
• Demonstrable experience producing Framer-level, animated, dynamic interfaces, with portfolio examples of motion and micro-interactions you designed and shipped.
• Hands-on experience designing for ERP, B2B SaaS, or complex admin or dashboard products.
• Experience designing dashboards, dense data tables, and reporting templates.
• Proficiency with Figma, including auto-layout, variants, component properties, and variables.
• Working experience with React and TypeScript, or strong JavaScript with a clear ability to grow into React.
• Solid experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.
• Comfortable working in modern IDEs and AI-assisted development environments (for example VS Code, Cursor, or Google Antigravity), and with AI app builders such as Lovable.
• Practical experience deploying to production on platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and how front-end interfaces consume them.

• Live work that shows real motion design: animated transitions, micro-interactions, and dynamic elements (Framer, Framer Motion, or GSAP).
• Direct experience on ERP modules (inventory, sales, purchase, accounting, or CRM).
• Fluency across the modern AI build-and-ship stack: AI-assisted IDEs (VS Code, Cursor, Antigravity), AI app builders (Lovable), and deployment platforms (Vercel).
• Performance awareness: Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, virtualisation for large tables.
• Git and code review.

Compensation

INR 3.0 to 4.2 LPA, with room to grow as you take on more
