We’re goSTOPS, a Series A–funded hostel chain backed by Blume Ventures, on a mission to make hostels more predictable (in a good way).
We’re scaling from 30 to 100+ properties across India, building something meaningfully different: hostels where you know exactly what to expect because we centrally design, control, and deliver the entire experience.

- New offerings built around real traveller needs (workations, group bookings, coliving, referrals, and social features)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to help bring the goSTOPS brand to life across digital, social, and on-ground touchpoints. This role is for someone who’s hands-on, visually sharp, and excited to work on a fast-scaling, youth-first brand.
You’ll collaborate closely with brand, social, and marketing teams to create design that’s consistent, engaging, and unmistakably goSTOPS.
Key Responsibilities Brand & Visual Design
- Execute designs aligned with the goSTOPS brand identity across platforms and formats
- Support brand launches, refreshes, and campaigns through strong visual execution
- Adapt brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints while maintaining consistency
Social & Content Design
- Design creatives for social media, campaigns, and influencer collaborations
- Create platform-first assets: posts, stories, carousels, reel covers, thumbnails
- Work with the social team to keep content fresh, relevant, and trend-aware
Marketing & On-Ground Collaterals
- Design assets for website, CRM, performance ads, and marketing campaigns
- Create on-ground creatives such as posters, signages, in-hostel collaterals, and basic merchandise
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives in a fast-paced environment
Collaboration & Execution
- Take briefs and translate them into clear, effective design outputs
- Work closely with copy, marketing, and operations teams
- Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining quality
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design
- A portfolio showcasing digital, social, and brand-led work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign is a plus)
- Strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and composition
- Ability to balance creativity with speed and structure

Design is a key part of how travellers experience goSTOPS even before they check in. This role helps ensure the brand looks consistent, vibrant, and relevant as we scale.
