About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Growth & Performance Marketing leader to own customer acquisition, growth strategy, performance marketing, and revenue growth across digital channels.

The ideal candidate should have experience scaling consumer-facing businesses, managing significant marketing budgets, driving CAC/ROAS improvements, and working closely with Product, Brand, CRM, Analytics, and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall growth and performance marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Drive customer/user acquisition through Google, Meta, YouTube, Programmatic, Affiliate, App Marketing, and other relevant channels.
• Own and optimise large-scale marketing budgets with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion and revenue.
• Build full-funnel growth strategies covering awareness → acquisition → activation → conversion → retention.
• Identify opportunities for growth through data, customer insights, funnel analysis, and experimentation.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation across creatives, audiences, campaigns, landing pages, app journeys, and offers.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, CRM, Brand, Analytics, and Business teams to improve the overall growth funnel.
• Develop performance dashboards, forecasting models, and business reviews for senior leadership.
• Manage external agencies, partners, and marketing platforms where required.
• Build scalable processes and potentially lead a team of growth/performance marketing professionals.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, User Acquisition, or a closely related role.
• Strong experience in consumer internet, D2C, e-commerce, marketplace, quick commerce, fintech, mobility, healthcare, or other high-growth businesses.
• Proven experience managing large marketing budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion funnels, retention, attribution and incremental growth.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, App Marketing and other digital acquisition channels.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision making.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, CRM, Analytics and Brand teams.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive growth initiatives from strategy to execution.
