Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly strategic and motivated Sr. Account Manager to support our Sales & Marketing Department at G2BS where we provide world class digital media solutions to law firms and legal professionals. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring we are offering them optimized strategies to meet their business development and branding goals. You will collaborate with our Digital Marketing Strategists to ensure that data-driven decisions guide all aspects of client campaigns and website services.
Job Responsibilities:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges. Address client inquiries and issues promptly, working with internal teams to resolve any problems. Work to retain clients by ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling additional products or services. Guide new clients through the onboarding process, providing training and resources to help them get started.
● Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance and support to clients. Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and potential product enhancements.
● Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Strategist to formulate comprehensive digital media strategies for your client base including any service G2BS offers. Ensure strategies are aligned with both client goals and data-driven opportunities.
● Formulate an up-sell plan for each client based on the strategy and their goals. Work with your clients to determine what they will buy and when and maintain all information in HubSpot accurately and timely.
● Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for client campaigns, including traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. Identify areas of improvement and recommend optimizations based on data insights throughout the year.
● Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with Digital Marketing Strategist to devise client strategies and with the Digital Marketing fulfillment team to carry out the work and perform the deliverables for your clients. Regularly review their project timelines to ensure your client deliverables are properly prioritized.
● Work with the Head of Digital Marketing and Operations to maintain current invoicing and payments for your clients. Meet with them weekly to review Accounts Receivable and any clients who are at risk of not paying their invoices.
● Client Invoicing - Utilize our internal Sales & Accounting system to invoice your clients monthly for both retainer and and one-time services
Experience:
● 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or strategy, preferably in a digital marketing or legal services environment.
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
● Significant experience with all facets of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, online advertising, website management, digital analytics, content marketing, and video marketing and how data influences performance.
● Experience working in the legal industry, with a deep understanding of its unique marketing challenges and opportunities.
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Ability to identify challenges, analyze root causes, and provide data-driven solutions to improve performance and outcomes.
● Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships and present complex data to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
● Empathy, a genuine desire to help clients succeed and a customer-centric mindset.
● Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
● Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
● Proficient in Office 365 and G-Suite. Advanced Excel skills a plus.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
● Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
