We have a world class product, shipping speed and roadmap that warrants our ambition level.

We're looking for someone excited to own Good Tape's acquisition engine: performance marketing, SEO, creative and to fuel our sales motion with a steady flow of qualified demand. You'll report directly to our CCO and work closely with the broader commercial team: Sales, Data, Product Marketing and Customer Success. Your job is to make sure the right people see (and click on) us in the first place, and keep coming back.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own performance marketing across paid channels, from strategy to execution.
• Drive SEO and organic acquisition, including content and site structure.
• Develop creative strategy and messaging for campaigns and launches.
• Own lifecycle and CRM: nurture flows, retention, and reactivation.
• Own top-of-funnel website content and landing pages; the pages that bring people in.
• Fuel SLG by partnering closely with Sales on positioning, demand gen, and maximizing MQL-to-SQL conversion.
• Feed acquisition learnings into the pricing and positioning conversations led by our CCO.

What We’re Looking For

• A-can-do-mindset who are curious, humble and tech-savvy enough to build manual processes that we can later scale.
• An AI-first approach to problem solving
• Design skills (e.g. static/video ad creative) are a great plus, not a hard requirement
• Proactive, high-ownership mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience in data-driven marketing, growth experimentation, and core SaaS metrics.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with a proven ability to learn quickly.
