GOMO Travel is hiring a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager (Florida) to supercharge our B2B referral partnerships with senior living communities, and case management services. This is a high-impact role for a relationship-builder who knows the senior care and case management landscape and thrives on mission, momentum, and results.

A large segment of our business comes from our partners within senior living communities, which includes operators in independent-living, assisted-living, and memory care companies (“IL/AL/MC”), senior placement organizations and broader senior care ecosystems. GOMO Travel’s assisted travel services also serve as a valuable travel option for case managers at medical or rehab institutions needing to make interstate travel arrangements for discharged patients that are medically stable. We partner directly with IL/AL/MC communities and these case managers to provide compassionate, clinically supported relocation services that ensure peace of mind for their current and future residents or patients, and their family members.
Your Mission
We are seeking a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager to support the expansion of our provider network and strengthen relationships with senior living communities and case management services providers throughout the Southeast, with a strong focus on Florida. You’ll be the face of GOMO Travel within the region, nurturing key B2B relationships and driving revenue through strategic partnerships that align with our mission of safe, dignified travel for every client.

· Relationship Development: Proven ability to cultivate trust-based relationships with primary stakeholders, including executive directors and sales leadership.
· Strategic Sales Execution: Expertise in regional outreach planning, account targeting, and performance forecasting to meet and exceed sales objectives.
· Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the senior care and post-acute services landscape, with demonstrated regional insight (particularly Florida).
· Communication Proficiency: Superior written and verbal communication skills; comfortable delivering formal presentations and advocating for service value.
· Analytical Acumen: Ability to interpret data trends, evaluate referral performance, and adapt strategy accordingly.
· Integrity and Professionalism: Exemplifies GOMO Travel’s commitment to dignity, compassion, and mission-aligned service.
Your Background
Physical Requirements
· Ability to independently travel to target businesses on a frequent basis, to include requirement for valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation.
· Ability to stand, sit, and walk for periods exceeding 15 minutes on a frequent basis.
· Ability to lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. on a frequent basis.
Compensation & Benefits
· Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000 (commensurate with experience)
· Incentive Plan: Performance-based commission structure designed so that any year minimum sales targets are met, total compensation will exceed $100,000
