GOMO Travel is hiring a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager (Florida) to supercharge our B2B referral partnerships with senior living communities, and case management services. This is a high-impact role for a relationship-builder who knows the senior care and case management landscape and thrives on mission, momentum, and results.

In just over 6 years, GOMO Travel has become a premier global assisted-travel company.  A large segment of our business comes from our partners within senior living communities, which includes operators in independent-living, assisted-living, and memory care companies (“IL/AL/MC”), senior placement organizations and broader senior care ecosystems. GOMO Travel’s assisted travel services also serve as a valuable travel option for case managers at medical or rehab institutions needing to make interstate travel arrangements for discharged patients that are medically stable. We partner directly with IL/AL/MC communities and these case managers to provide compassionate, clinically supported relocation services that ensure peace of mind for their current and future residents or patients, and their family members.

Your Mission

We are seeking a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager to support the expansion of our provider network and strengthen relationships with senior living communities and case management services providers throughout the Southeast, with a strong focus on Florida. You’ll be the face of GOMO Travel within the region, nurturing key B2B relationships and driving revenue through strategic partnerships that align with our mission of safe, dignified travel for every client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow B2B relationships with executive directors, sales managers, and wellness teams at IL/AL/MC institutions.
  • Research, identify and engage with hospital discharge planners, case managers, and social workers who coordinate complex patient discharges requiring long-distance travel solutions.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan to position GOMO Travel as a trusted resource in senior living communities and for hospital systems, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and rehabilitation centers, offering seamless, clinically supported travel services for patients being discharged home or relocated across state lines.
  • Develop a pipeline of prospective partners by identifying new referral sources and client partners.
  • Host presentations, lunch-and-learns, and 1:1 meetings to build awareness of GOMO Travel’s services.
  • Collaborate closely with community or facility marketing and operations personnel to ensure referral partners are supported from first contact through ongoing service delivery.
  • Track KPIs, prepare territory reports, and iterate local growth strategies based on performance and feedback.
  • Regularly review and analyze referral activity and revenue patterns to optimize outreach strategy and demonstrate ROI to leadership.
  • Partner with GOMO Travel leadership on marketing initiatives, messaging, and regional growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with client leadership teams to ensure seamless onboarding and partnership growth.
  • Demonstrated passion for helping others with kindness and compassion.
  • Ability to cover sales region (primarily Florida) by car.
  • Attend and represent GOMO Travel at marketing and industry events and conferences.

· Relationship Development: Proven ability to cultivate trust-based relationships with primary stakeholders, including executive directors and sales leadership.

· Strategic Sales Execution: Expertise in regional outreach planning, account targeting, and performance forecasting to meet and exceed sales objectives.

· Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the senior care and post-acute services landscape, with demonstrated regional insight (particularly Florida).

· Communication Proficiency: Superior written and verbal communication skills; comfortable delivering formal presentations and advocating for service value.

· Analytical Acumen: Ability to interpret data trends, evaluate referral performance, and adapt strategy accordingly.

· Integrity and Professionalism: Exemplifies GOMO Travel’s commitment to dignity, compassion, and mission-aligned service.

Your Background

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales to IL/AL/MC companies, case management systems, healthcare marketing, or related senior living services.
  • An existing network in IL/AL/MC and/or case management services is strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter with a track record of meeting and exceeding growth targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; empathy is part of your DNA.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and reporting metrics; able to interpret data and adjust approach accordingly.
  • Proficient in MS365 Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).

Physical Requirements

·      Ability to independently travel to target businesses on a frequent basis, to include requirement for valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation.

·      Ability to stand, sit, and walk for periods exceeding 15 minutes on a frequent basis.

·      Ability to lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. on a frequent basis.

Compensation & Benefits

·      Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000 (commensurate with experience)

·      Incentive Plan: Performance-based commission structure designed so that any year minimum sales targets are met, total compensation will exceed $100,000
