Why This Role?
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Leader with deep expertise in real estate—specifically in the land marketing space. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of land property marketing, listing execution, and team operations across platforms. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and experienced in working within AI-driven and tech-enabled ecosystems to enhance speed, quality, and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full marketing and listing lifecycle for land properties on platforms including Facebook Marketplace, MLS, Land.com, company website, and outbound campaigns.
Attend pricing, listing, and portfolio analysis meetings and translate insights into actionable marketing updates and listing adjustments.
Design and oversee creation of compelling visuals using aerial imagery, maps, and design tools to highlight key property attributes.
Work within an existing AI-driven and tech-enabled marketing ecosystem, using available tools to improve productivity and listing quality.
Use CRM tools like Salesforce to manage deals, drive daily operational activity, track listings, tasks, and ensure work is moving forward.
Be comfortable using tools like AI for listing creation, AI meeting summaries, photo editing, and Claude for research or content generation.
Leverage Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to create high-quality visuals and marketing deliverables.
Propose and execute new marketing strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, assigning tasks and ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Recruit and onboard new talent to strengthen the marketing function.
Track team output using defined KPIs and continuously improve based on results.
Collaborate closely with acquisitions, sales, and due diligence teams to ensure seamless workflow and listing readiness.
Requirements:
3+ years of real estate marketing experience, with a strong focus on land properties.
Deep understanding of land-specific factors (e.g., access, topography, zoning, utilities).
Proven ability to create engaging marketing content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI meeting assistants, design automation platforms).
Familiarity with listing platforms such as MLS, Land.com, Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, etc.
Strong project and team management skills; experience in hiring and delegation.
Daily experience using CRM tools like Salesforce for tracking progress and managing listings and deals.
Ability to analyze KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
