ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a visionary social leader who understands that luxury isn’t just a look, it’s a feeling. As Social Media Manager, you’ll own and evolve the entire social strategy for Goldie Locks, overseeing planning, reporting, and creative execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with our Influencer & Affiliate Manager and Digital Marketing team to bring our products, education, and professional community to life on platforms like Instagram, Facebook and beyond.
This role is equal parts strategy, storytelling, and creative leadership. You’ll drive aesthetic direction per platform, grow our digital community, and craft content that inspires action, deepens loyalty, and reflects our brand’s elevated experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and evolve the entire social media strategy across Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and other relevant platforms
- Lead the content calendar, aligning with brand priorities, campaigns, launches, and community moments
- Shape and maintain the visual identity and copy tone across all social content
- Partner closely with Influencer, Affiliate, and Digital teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns
- Manage reporting and analytics, drawing clear insights to inform future content and channel performance
- Guide community engagement, building deeper relationships with stylists, customers, and brand fans
- Oversee social-first content production including reels, stories, lives, tutorials, user-generated content, and more
- Identify key creators, platform trends, and cultural moments that align with Goldie Locks values and aesthetic
- Write and refine all social copy story-led, solution-forward, and always in brand voice
- Lead and grow the social function within the company, creating best practices, playbooks, and future team structure
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years leading social media strategy, preferably in beauty, haircare, or luxury lifestyle brands
- Proven ability to create and execute strategies that drive engagement and elevate brand presence
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with social planning tools
- Exceptional copywriting, communication, and visual storytelling skills
- Deep understanding of social platform best practices and how to tailor content per channel
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives at once
- Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and excited to contribute to a fast-growing brand
- Strong creative instincts and a meticulous eye for visual identity, typography, and tone
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and creative teams
