Job Title: Senior UI/UX & Frontend Designer
(Avatar Interaction + Immersive Web UX)
Location: Remote
Engagement: Part-time or Full-time
Start: Immediate
Experience Level: 5+ Years in High-Impact Design Systems
Overview
We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong frontend and animation experience to craft a next-gen, immersive digital assistant experience.
You’ll work on futuristic user journeys that combine fullscreen video avatars, chat interactions, timed demos, and frictionless signup flows. Your designs will serve as the first point of contact for thousands of users, so conversion-centric thinking, micro-interaction detail, and responsive UX are non-negotiable.
This is a hybrid design-engineering role ideal for someone fluent in prototyping cinematic, scroll-free hero experiences and designing clean UI systems around AI avatars, interaction timers, and modal transitions.
Required Skills
UI/UX Design: Advanced wireframing, prototyping (Figma), layout architecture
Frontend Development (bonus): HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, basic JS for interactions (preferred but not mandatory)
Animation: Lottie, GSAP, Framer Motion, timed transitions, avatar-video overlays
Live Prototyping: Building and linking Figma components with conditional flows and responsive behavior
Avatar & Video Integration UX: Designing fullscreen avatar/video-based interactions
Chat UX: User-friendly live chat / AI assistant interactions (text + voice input modalities)
Form UX: Minimal, soft-card style modal forms (signup/login flows with payment)
Component Libraries: Reusable UI kits with tokenized variables and responsive breakpoints
Conversion Optimization: Designing for high-impact first impressions and user engagement drop-off points
Experience
5+ years in product design or web UI/UX roles
Multi-project portfolio featuring immersive landing pages or AI/assistant tools
Demonstrable skills in scrollless interaction design, chatbot UX, or AI demos
Proven track record working with video avatar UI, demo-limited interactions, and exit-to-conversion flows
Understanding of modal behavior, memory persistence, and flow gating for demo sessions
